This video has been created for demonstration of learning opportunities available due to water, wastewater, and stormwater municipal infrastructure availability. Canadian municipalities are offering their GIS open-source data for general use. Although other municipalities have great maps too in GIS/CAD/pdf I found the District of West Vancouver Webmap, more comprehensive for learning about maps, GIS, civil engineering design, etc. This is an example map for getting a real system. The user can download GIS/CAD files for the entire district or partially for a subdivision and use them for learning about design, modeling, drafting, etc. These maps are good for those areas where real system maps are not available and they have to use some unreal data for learning. The video was recorded a few months ago. Microsoft Copilot has a feature for accessing and getting data from the site in real time. The user may not get the same results that I had but this idea works. Below is a link to the District of West Vancouver web map. https://westmap.westvancouver.ca/html... There are various engineering and operations management challenges due to land, and weathering conditions (rainfall) thus provides a good learning opportunity.
