Fred explores a video game adaptation to a mediocre TV special. The game is more enjoyable than the special. Funny. This is the second SpongeBob game made by Blitz Games. The Creature from the Krusty Krab team was hired again to make an Atlantis SquarePantis game back in 2007. This version of the game is only on PS2 and Wii. The game is not better than Creature from the Krusty Krab (of course not) but the soundtrack is amazing and the game is overall enjoyable for mostly kids. It's not exactly like the old SpongeBob games that can appeal to a lot of adults. It does have its moments tho. 0:00 Intro 1:00 Story 5:49 Gameplay 10:42 Music 12:41 Flaws 16:05 Is it worth it? Additional info I didn't mention in video: Sometimes the wrong character moves their mouth. Sometimes the game is easy and sometimes it's not. Ex: Tourist Trouble is generally hard but levels like Magical Musical Journey are generally easy for most people, I suppose. Patrick's throwing tends to get annoying because of his constant spinning. Cutscenes sometimes have mouth-syncing issues. Graphics are acceptable, while being good sometimes on the Wii. Correction: I believe I said this backwards: The game was ported from the Wii to the PS2 and developed with the Wii gimmicks in mind. Blitz Games is gone so it's hard to confirm this, but I know that this was the case for Creature from the Krusty Krab. Revenge of the Flying Dutchman also doesn't run in a consistent 60fps.
