Try this No Knead Dutch Oven Bread Recipe, really Easy and Delicious! Perfect size Dutch oven for bread making: https://amzn.to/3Kb2ERm Recipe: 500gr or 4 cups of flour 400ml or 13,6 fl oz of warm water(not hot)! 15-20gr fresh yeast or 5-6gr(1½-2 teaspoons) dry east 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1,5 teaspoon salt Mix well the yeast, water and sugar together. The water should be warm not hot, max 35 C/95 F. Add the salt to the flour and then add the yeast, sugar and water mix. Stir it gently until everything is uniformly wet and sticky, remember, no knead. Let it rest for 3 hours. Gently scrape the dough out onto a well-floured surface. Carefully shape it into a ball with flour on the outside, set on a piece of baking paper and rest it for 30min. Preheat the dutch oven on 230C/450F. Place the baking paper with the dough in the dutch oven and bake 30min with the lid on. After 30min remove the lid and the paper and bake until ready(golden crust), about 30 more minutes. Enjoy!
