Through much trial and error, I have determined the best method for defeating Kane solo as a musketeer. This involves the team of Old Scratch, Exeter and Gracie Conrad. The first round will be used to issue light buffs, use Gracie to spawn the Golem (which is used to Hold the Line/deflect Queen's first round attack.) You will then use Exeter to reduce the movement of Kane, Queen, and the two Marines. This is also pretty crucial since the Marines will charge you and accuracy reduce you first round otherwise. Second round will be used to hold back Rooke (again, Exeter's reduce movement) and prevent him from charging your team (which will induce Rookochet and bring Kane close to you.) Once all this is done, the goal is to use Scratch to buff your bombs, and the damage done by Gracie's mine. This requires a bit of strategic placing, but once you have them in a group, you simply bomb them with knockback bombs first, and then with regular bombs, as well as placing Gracie's mine. The last parts of the battle do require a little luck, but with the right gear and cards on hand, it's actually not that difficult to solo.
