First of all: ANY OF MY VIDEOS ARE INTENDED TO SHOW WHAT I HAVE DONE DURING DOING THE MAINTENANCE ON MY TRANSALP. I don't take any responsibility if you make some damage following my procedure. This video doesn't cover a full overhaul or disassembly. It just goes deep enough to cover the most of the needs of an average rider (like myself). I had constant issues with my carb sync so I have decided to check what is going on: You can see that there are quite many dirt under the diaphragm. Today I think those are foam particles from the sub air filters (video will be uploaded soon). Also it is shown that the needle in the first carb piston was not fixed by the needle holder (shame on the garage who has done the maintenance last time and charged me). The genuine Honda O-ring for the float chamber is extremely expensive. I am trying to find a substitute part so the final steps were not filmed and the carbs were not tested yet. To finish the procedure you just have to make the steps in reverse order.
