Subscribe Our Channel For More Videos:    / @yumrecipes   Servings - 2 INGREDIENTS Moong dal papad - 2 Spilt bengal gram - 1 tablespoon Flattened rice - 100 grams Oil - 1 tablespoon Mustard seeds - 1/4 teaspoon Raw peanuts - 1 tablespoon Fresh coconut - 1 tablespoon Asafoetida - 1/8 teaspoon Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon Green chili - 2 Curry leaves - 7-8 Salt - 1 teaspoon Powdered sugar - 1 teaspoon PREPARATION 1. Heat a tawa, place moong dal papad over it and roast it for few seconds. 2. Roast it from both sides and remove it from heat. 3. Place it on a board and crush it in small pieces. (See Video) 4. Keep aside. 5. In a pan, add 1 tablespoon spilt bengal gram and roast for 1-2 minutes. Remove it from heat and keep aside. 6. In a pan, add 100 grams flattened rice and roast it for 3-5 minutes. Remove it from heat and keep aside. 7. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds and stir well. 8. Now, add 1 tablespoon raw peanuts, 1 tablespoon fresh coconut cubes and mix it well. 9. Add 1/8 teaspoon asafoetida, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric and mix it well. 10. Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat. 11. Then, add 2 green chili, 7-8 curry leaves and stir well. 12. Add roasted spilt bengal gram, roasted flattened rice and mix it well. 13. Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat. 14. Add 1 teaspoon salt and mix it well. 15. Then, add 1 teaspoon powdered sugar, crushed papad and mix it well. 16.
