Fished the mid day hours at a few locations in RI, then back out in the evening hoping to find my first non-holdover bass of the year. This was coming after skunking a few times locally in RI, going out for an hour here or there, looking for the that first louse covered Bass, and generally not finding anything... It wasn't until this day that I found it. My first keeper of the season was actually Jan 11th but we won't count holdovers for the sake of this title.
