In this chant, I brought together 2 mantras influenced from my experiences with Kundalini yoga. For me "Ong Namo Gurudev Namo" is in alignment with my intentions with our chanting circles. To connect directly to our own inner light and wisdom. Chanting this mantra can help you to do this and it often chanted at the beginning of a yoga class to connect also with the lineage of teachers who also did the same and have shared their wisdom in these practices handed down to us, so it's also a way to bow in respect and humility. Here are the brief translations for these two mantras: 1) *Ong Namo Gurudev Namo* **Translation**: "I bow to the Divine Creator; I bow to the Divine Wisdom within." **Meaning**: This mantra is often used in Kundalini yoga to connect with inner wisdom and invoke guidance from the divine teacher within oneself. "Ong" represents the creative energy, and "Gurudev" refers to the divine teacher. 2) *Gobind Hari Hari* **Translation**: "Sustainer (Gobind), God of divine light and joy (Hari, repeated for emphasis)." **Meaning**: This mantra praises God as the sustainer and brings a sense of joy, healing, and positivity. "Gobind" refers to the protector and nurturer, while "Hari" represents the remover of obstacles and the divine aspect of joy and light. Chant these mantras with us for upliftment, healing, and connection with divine energy.
