While this project may be small, it’s definitely easier with a little guidance before hand. I struggled finding a single video on how to remove these pesky inner fenders, so hopefully this helps you if you’re fixin to do the same. Socket size may vary depending on the year / engine. I had to remove the 1) Power Distribution Box 2) Horn and 3) Power Distribution Vacuum Block 1) The power distribution box is held in with (3) 11mm bolts. 2) The horn is held in with (2) 11mm bolts. 3) The Vacuum block is held in with (2) 11mm bolts. The outer liner of the inner fender is held in with (8) 5.5mm bolts and (3) 8mm bolts. Replacing with LMCtruck.com Part #: 49-8662 (driver side) and Part #: 49-8663 (Passenger side). Say goodbye to the +30 yr old & deteriorating foam insulation!
