Until now, the Korean government and people have been steadily making efforts to dismantle the division structure, which stems from differences in ideology and international dynamics. Unfortunately, however, North Korea's non-cooperative stance, international interests and internal conflicts have made little progress in achieving peace and unification on the Korean Peninsula. The Inter-Korean Framework Agreement could serve as a framework for reconciliation, cooperation, peaceful coexistence and eventual reunification in a state of division between South and North Korea. We would like to evaluate the inter-Korean agreement in light of the inter-Korean relationship and find out what will be used to create an era of peace on the Korean Peninsula.
