Ever look at a basemap and wish you could just isolate a layer or two from it for some other map? You don't need all the basemap content, just a bit of it. Here's how to use the Vector Tile Style Editor for Esri's ArcGIS Online to identify just the pieces you want, and save it as an alternate view of that same vector tile layer.
