Hello and welcome to another episode of TOP 50 games in under 10 minutes. Covering the year of 1989 we are now in the final years of the ZX Spectrum (original) gaming era. And although the majority of the Speccy fans agree that the golden years for Spectrum games were back in 1985 or 1986, there were still fantastic games to be found in 1989. Who can forget Fantasy World Dizzy (in our opinion, the best Dizzy game), Stormlord, Cabal, Ghouls ’n’ Ghosts and the classic that is Rick Dangerous? This was also the year that gave us fantastic Pinball simulators (like Time Scanner and Pinball Power or 3d pinball as it was also known) and some good Movie inspired games (like Batman: The Movie and Licence to kill). Games are, as always, presented in no particular order.
