Open Me 'n Watch in 1080p HD!! :) More info can be found here...including the makeup I'm wearing in this video :) I am so excited to be able to get this video up BEFORE the launch date for once…big thank you to Kristina for getting me the hookup so I could buy one of these before the release date. When I started using the mattes in this palette, I gotta be honest, I wasn't that hopeful. I thought I'm going to be sitting here trying to blend and build these forever… HA! To my surprise, even though more blending was required, I was able to build them up and blend them out smoothly… even when I did swatches of the mattes they didn't go patchy. The shimmer shades in here are really pretty as well, the shade I used on my lid 'baby' wasn't the smoothest shadow but it wasn't terrible either. I had very minimal fallout with the shades that I used as well. There aren't any of those super chunky glitter shades in here either, I wouldn't mind those types of shades if the glitter actually stuck, but more often than not it ends up on the face instead of the eye, so yay for no chunky glitter :) There is a good range of transition shades, lid shades, and also deep matte crease shades… however there is that missing matte highlight ;) All in all, the Urban Decay x Gwen Stefani Palette worked out really nice for me today.
