In this new series, we're going to explore the positives that come with postponing parenthood. In this first video in the series, we'll stretch and chat (with ourselves.) This is one of my favorite ways to practice Svadhyaya or self-inquiry, an important and often neglected aspect of yoga. Get ready to stretch and probe into your own thoughts, ideas, and beliefs about delaying motherhood. Future videos in this series include a look at the research-backed benefits of delaying parenthood, what the Live Fertile Community has to say about waiting, and a fertility yoga sequence for people in their 30s, 40s, and 50s.
