This is a Tool-Assisted Showcase/Superplay (TAS - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tool-as...) of the upcoming "Dragon Ball Z Budokai 4" version 0.6 Project. In the first match, Vegeta had "Tenacity" capsule equipped, which allowed him to recover some Ki every time he got hit. In the second one, he had "Dende's Healing" instead, which subtracted Ki from him every time he got hit (in exchange for some damage reduction).
