2024 SPRING Australian Working Stock Dog Auction 6th-12th September 2024 www.workingstockdogauction.com.au LOT 107 TRAPLINE TEDDY Teddy is a matey dog, very bright and a real male. He has competed once in a Cattle Trial at Bell, running second in the Maiden at 14 months of age.Teddy has competed in sheepdog trials with many placings in Novice to Open. He has been a valuable part of my four dog team that enabled me to win Queensland Open Handler 2024 in sheepdog trialling. Teddy's draw back is that he has a win at all costs attitude with his fangs on hard to handle or mishandled sheep, which is not suitable in spectator sports and hence he is for sale. When it comes to real work, he is a good dog yard or paddock, and on sheep or cattle. He gets along well with people and is an affectionate, loyal dog. I encourage anybody interested to contact me to find out more about this dog and get an honest account. He will be available by appointment to be seen on stock at home (Dalby). Teddy's sire Serrano Rooster has won 7 times in Sheep and Cattle Trials and is also an excellent all round working dog. Teddy's dam, Trapline Foxy has only ever worked cattle and has the rare ability to find cattle and work out of sight. Teddy has bred one litter, and my daughter has retained two lovely females. Teddy recently competed at the 2024 QLD Sheep Dog Championships. He was Reserve Champion in the Novice, and placed 3rd in the Improver.
