We couldn't wait any longer the hair had to be cut. Nick cut my long straight hair and our 20 month old son Jacob's hair, and I cut Nick's curly hair. I will let you be the judge of our efforts. We bought decent scissors and watched a few tutorials on youtube beforehand but otherwise we are total novice hairdressers. The Poppy high chair placed in front of the tv was the only way we managed to keep Jacob occupied during his haircut.
