Java Plum Squash Ingredients: From Java Plum Fruit take 1cup of fruit pulp Sugar : 1cup Water : 1cup Lemon juice : 1tbs Method: Heat a pan and put Java Plum fruit and cook the Java Plum fruit if the fruit is cooked remove it from the flame and cool it and remove the seeds of Java Plum. now we get the pulp and keep it aside. In a pan add water and sugar cook it till the sugar is fully dissolved in the water and take sugar syrup from the flame and add lemon juice and mix it well and cool it. Filter the sugar syrup and add Java Plum pulpa and mix it well and store it in a container or in a bottle and leave it for one day at room temperature now the Squash is ready.while using the squash add water in ratio of 1:1or1:2or according to your wish add water and drink it.
