Mechanically difference is the power-up systems. Rather than picking up “P” icons, there are three different colored briefcases that trigger a “costume” change, allowing your character to take on a different persona with different movesets. In addition to their default persona, each character has three costumes. Every Costume as strength and weakness,for instance some can't pick items,while others are great with melee weapons etc. Needless to say there are goofy and stupid costumes just for the sake of fun. The levels and layout are essentially the same as Dynamite Deka 2, it offers the same three infiltration options – parachute on the roof, take a wagon up its side and grapple up, or dive to the local docks and walk right in. Every stage has is own cutscene and ending,but the level design and encounters are basically the same. The QTE's now are also back, but there are some that ask you questions with a really short time to decide. Overall there is enought variety to try them all and enjoy finding differences,there is also unique items for every infiltration option and illustration puzzles to find to get pictures in the ending credits. The game supports 2 players co-op like every chapter in the series but i argue this one it's the most fun of them all,cause costumes you can do really sick combos and very weird interactions to enemies and bosses.
