Novelkeys Cream Clickie Switch Sound Test and Review

In this video, I'm taking a closer look at the Novelkeys Cream Clickie switch. This switch uses the Snapple Cap System to create a unique clicky sound that's reminiscent of vintage clicky switches. I'll be testing the Cream Clickie switch on a full keyboard with different keycaps, including SA, MT3, and GMK, so you can hear how they sound and feel. While these switches aren't very tactile, their clicky sound is satisfying and might appeal to those who love vintage-style switches. So sit back, relax, and enjoy the sound test and review of the Novelkeys Cream Clickie switch. Don't forget to leave a like and subscribe for more keyboard-related content. The tests for this Novelkeys Cream Clickie Sound Test were conducted using an FR4 plate. During the tests, I performed a typing test and a slow bottom-out test to showcase the switch's sound and feel. I also conducted a decibel meter test to measure the switch's noise level with and without a keycap. Please note that sometimes videos are filmed weeks in advance, and as a result, the camera position and angle may have changed since the filming of other linear switch sound tests. However, despite the difference in microphone position, the microphone used in this test was at a similar distance and position, ensuring that the sound quality was not affected. Let me know your thoughts and experiences in the comments below! Hey there, folks! I'm J-S, and I'm all about making sound test videos for mechanical and non-mechanical keyboards. From the latest MX switches to those classic vintage keyboards, Click and Thock is where you'll find all the keyboard sounds you crave. I'm talking everything from old-school Alps SKCM switches and IBM Buckling Springs to the freshest Kailh BOX switches. I put 'em all to the test and compare the different sounds these switches and keyboards create. I also like to experiment with different plates, cases, switches, keycaps, and other components to see how they affect the sound. To keep things fair, I always use the same case, plate, and keycaps when comparing sounds. So, if you're all about that #keebsporn life, you've come to the right place. Just kick back, relax, and enjoy the sweet, sweet sounds of keyboards. -Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?... -Reddit:   / clickandthock   -Discord:   / discord   -Gmail: [email protected] 00:00 - Intro 00:13 - Switch Presentation 00:23 - Switch Specs 00:31 - Inside the Switch 00:47 - Packaging 00:51 - Switches on the board 01:10 - Solo Switch Decibel Meter Test 01:23 - Solo Switch with keycap Decibel Meter Test 01:37 - GMK Typing Sound Test 02:12 - GMK Single Key Sound Test 02:26 - MT3 Typing Sound Test 03:01 - MT3 Single Key Sound Test 03:15 - SA Typing Sound Test 03:50 - SA Single Key Sound Test 04:03 - Personal Review 04:43 - Final Here's the specs of the keyboard used for the tests: DZ60 board Tofu 60 aluminum case FR4 plate Foam under and over PCB Durock V2 stabilizers GMK Hennessey keycaps Maxkey SA Black keycaps BIIP MT3 Extended 2048 keycaps Space Cadet II Deskmat
