During the hearing, the boys' therapist testifies about the boys' issues and the progress they've made. The boys' mother also gives emotional testimony about crime and drugs in their neighborhood and whether or not she can handle her sons if they return home. It is up to the judge to make a final ruling on how to best help these struggling teens and their family. Update: Older brother Ken has no public record of being involved in the adult criminal justice system. Younger brother Kentrell was charged and convicted of armed robbery of a Subway sandwich store in 2015. In his testimony he stated he was outside the store serving as a lookout during the crime.
