Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky tells the United Nations General Assembly that Russian President Vladimir Putin is planning to attack nuclear power plants in Ukraine and warns of catastrophic consequences if the world allows that to happen. FAA Administrator Michael Whitaker tells a Senate subcommittee that safety culture reforms at aircraft company Boeing will take years, but they are moving in the right direction with FAA oversight.
