See Verdana Village - amenities/community - drone and driving tour

Explore Verdana Village in Estero in our latest update. This new development being built by Cameratta Companies builds on the success of The Place at Corkscrew, Corkscrew Shores and The Preserve at Corkscrew. Homes are being built by Pulte and Lennar in the fast growing and increasingly popular Estero market. We've previewed amenities before, but Verdana Village will incorporate rarely found indoor sport courts, tennis, pickleball, a resort style pool, on site restaurant, bar and bocce amongst other amenities. One exciting development with Verdana Village is the buildout of a retail commercial space in front of the community. This space will be bringing a Publix and other retail shops to this area. This is much needed as residents of The Place at Corkscrew and Verdana Village are currently driving back to I75.
