Between keeping a house, fixing meals, teaching lessons, chauffeuring to classes and groups, and taking care of kids, it’s easy to forget to take care of yourself. It’s also easy to wait until you are exhausted and overwhelmed to do something about it. I recently heard that a lot of self-care we see is actually called after-care.
