In September of last year I began my YouTube journey, showing everything that I do to train for the 100/200m sprints. At the start of the year, I set some ambitious targets that I ultimately fell short of achieving after a lot of struggles along the way. Almost a year on from the first episode of 'The Speed Operation', we've reached the season finale where I'm hard at work as always in the last few weeks of the 2024 sprint season. I'm hoping to run a few more 100/200m races, but an unforeseen problem has left me with a tough decision to make, let's see how it unfolds! In this episode I also open up about what it's been like to share both the highs and lows of my athletic journey, and what it means to have a supportive community behind me in what has been a difficult year.
