Update to my cracked bow plate on the Bass Tracker Classic XL. What an issue!

Welcome back as always and lets get right into it! This is an impending issue waiting to happen to your #basstracker especially if you run a lift assist style trolling motor due to the heavy amount of pressure being applied off the bow and the smaller footprint that they have on top of the bow plate. The only type of troller folks should be running on their rigs is a scissor style troller UNLESS you go out of your way to build some sort of reinforcement top plate on their rigs if they insist on running lift assist styles. This is my personal experiences as a follow up to the issues I ran into post welding of my own Bass Tracker Classic XL. I know the video is long, but there is quite a bit to break down here, as there was and can potentially be more to the issue than what you see at face value. Stick around and soak up some knowledge and info at the expense of my own personal misfortunes... Lets get you out there!
