Your first goal in any new run should be: get to 12 guys in raider gear. In most origins, this is doable by day 15 on the hardest difficulty, Expert/Expert/Low starting funds (E/E/L for short). I saw people on Reddit saying this sounded difficult, so I decided to fire up some Ironman and demonstrate how to do it. It's the "A New Company" background, with a random seed -- so, no shenanigans.
