Welcome to a new weekly YouTube series from Southern Ukulele Store. Many of you have expressed a desire to see shorter videos with less descriptions of the products we sell. We figure the best way to do that is to choose three instruments each week and play them back to back with little to no introduction. Episode 1 is a Spruce top special and focuses on an AnueNue UC200 Moonbird Concert, Ohana TK70-8 8 string and one of our Kanile'a Custom shop Tenors. The Moonbird Concert doesn't get as much love as the Tenor but it's one of the most expressive Concerts out there! (My playing does not do the Dynamics justice). The Ohana TK70-8 is a fraction of the price of the other two Ukes in today's video but is one of the newest and best 8 strings we have come across. I love the black rosette too, unusual but not over the top. The Tenor Kanile'a Custom we have was built based on the now discontinued KSDLX model that was always a best seller here at SUS. This Uke stands up against any other Tenor in the world and is perfect for a performer or a player that likes the bounce and attack a Spruce top gives you.
