Arctic P12 Max fan noise. FINAL UPDATE, please read the description!

Final update: This is my final update on the matter of the P12 Max with ball bearings as for the P12 Max white Arctic has decided to go for an FDB and i have already seen Pictures of the Box of a (black) P12 Max Rev.2 with a FDB as well. So as the time progresses the chance to get a black P12 Max with an FDB will increase and the P12 Max white will never have the issue of loud ball bearing noises. Still i have recorded two more P12 Max together with a P12 RGB to show that there acutally are P12 Max with quiet ball bearings out there:    • P12 Max final comparison. Read the de...   Update3: Arctic sent me another 2 replacement fans and one of them has way less noticeable bearing noises (although still audible typical ball bearing noises) than the fans i have recorded so far and it is far more comparable to the P12 PWM PST CO i also did record. I will record this fan and upload the video as soon as possible. Update2: The clicking noises on my replacment fan started getting worse and it is now way louder than my first P12 Max:    • P12 Max comparison   Update: The bearings on my replacment fan have way less of that chirping noise but the grinding noise is still very much audible and there is some clicking noise. Still its less annoying than my first fan. Ball bearings will never be as silent as FDBs or sleeve bearings. Will upload the comparison video between both fans as soon as possible. You can find the updated video without the high frequency noise here:    • P12 Max fan noise low pass   I was really thinking about using a clickbait title for this one, just like the techtubers that have already reviewed it and praised it to be as good as or better thant way more expensive fans from BeQuiet, Noctua or Phanteks. ....well it kind of is, but only if you leave out the biggest flaw that this fan has for use as a silent fan, its bearing type. Unlike most silent PC fans, the P12 Max uses double ball bearings (probably due to the increased max rpm). Neither of the high performance fans the P12 Max was compared to (Noctua A12x25, Phanteks T30, BeQuiet Silent Wings 4 (Pro)) produce any relevant bearing noises. Dont get me wrong, it is not a bad fan, if you need a fan that offers higher rpm than the existing P12 lineup and is still really affordable then this might be a good pick for you as the bearing noises should not be a relevant noise factor beyond 2000rpm. But if you dont need a fan that goes higher than 2000rpm, then there are, in my oppinion, better Arctic fans out there. The P12 (A)RGB have the same rotor and almost the same frame (the P12 Max uses shorter and straight spokes instead of curved ones, perhaps to increase strength) and therefore should have the same performance but without the drawbacks of using ball bearings. If you can get rev.2 of the original P12s then they will be quieter in more reasonable rpm ranges as well. If Arctic ever decides to release a Version of the P12 Max with a FDB or sleeve bearing and maybe lower max rpm (in other words a P12 (A)RGB without the LEDs) then this fan might actually live up to its hype.
