Note: Ganthiya is pronounced at Gaathiya… n is silent. At this shop i got opportunity to see how is papita ki chutney made, plus i also learnt and showed on the video how is patra made. Ganthiya - Rs. 40 for 100 gm Patra - Rs. 23 for 100 gm. Masala Chaas - Rs. 12 - one serving. Serves 7 varieties of khaman and many varieties of Dhokla. Everything at this shop tasted so nice that its hard to explain in words. At this shop i learnt the difference between khaman and Dhokla… I recorded the making process of both khaman and Dhokla so that viewers of this channel could also learn about it.
