Since October 2009, the Synchro has been up and running at Fontaine de la Reine in the midst of the French Pyrenees. The production output is 12.000 bottles an hour. A stretch blow moulder, called KSB 6R is integrated in the Synchro. Its rotation concept ensures maximized dependability during preform transfer. The monobloc synchronisation concept creates some crucial advantages: more water and energy savings, plus reduced change-over times and maintenance work.
