The ZM Kar 8 (g) is the best scout weapon in the game, and can be farmed, along with experience points and ducats. Go to the first DLC skirmish (included in the PS4 version), and upon the first victory (from killing the enemy ace), you'll get the said weapon. Equip it on Alicia and let it rip.
