Hello Linda Bay : Linda Bay @lindabay149. The Chapin nozzle is easy to use and clean. The tighter the tip is screwed onto the wand the narrower the stream. To get a fan simply reverse the procedure. One item I did not cover was re attaching the hose to the tank. Simply insert the unit in the tank and carefully tighten. You can see from the video it was loose and I got squirted! Do not over tighten as it will strip the threads. Have it loose enough that it will move with you as you spray. Chapin Sprayers are a quality tool. Maintain them and you should have great service.
