Schluter KERDI/ALL-SET vs. Laticrete HYDRO BAN SHEET MEMBRANE/MULTIMAX LITE --- Glass Box Testing

Test Module A: Schluter KERDI membrane using KERECK-F inside corners and KERDI-BAND. Assembled with Schluter ALL-SET mortar over a 14"x14" assembled acrylic testing box with 4" sides. Test Module B: Laticrete Hydro Ban Sheet Membrane using pre-formed inside corners and 5" sealing tape. Assembled with Laticrete MULTIMAX LITE mortar over acrylic testing box. Both modules were built and allowed to cure for 7 days before filling with 1" of water. Both modules sat with 1" of water and observed for 21 days. Every 5 days the water level was topped off to maintain 1" of water level due to evaporation loss. At the end of 21 days, this video was produced to reveal the results.
