To get started connect a supported printer to your point of sale device. Then log in to your Square for Restaurants POS app and tap Account. Select “Set Up Hardware” and Create a Printer Station. Next, name your printer so it’s easy to identify. Then, Tap Printer and select that printer. Select the ticket and receipt types to send to this printer. Choose Receipt, Bills, and Reporting. Or Order Tickets, Order Ticket Stubs, and Voided Tickets. Select the categories you’d like to send to this printer station and save. You will need to set printer stations on all of your connected devices. Perform a print test on each device to confirm that your setup is working correctly.
