Thank you Olly from Ikawa for the demo! This is seriously one of the coolest roasters around and has immense capability on the professional side. I actually know of a few roasters/green buyers who have taken their Ikawas directly to the farm to sample roast. The amazing things about Ikawa roasters are the size, noise, and zero smoke. It's kinda crazy to be able to roast in the open like that without any ventilation and this makes roasting easy. As an Aillio Bullet user (though I don't have time to roast anymore), I am seriously considering one of the home versions because of the smaller batch size and no smoke. Seriously cool stuff.
