Trybello Hair Helper Spray Reviews, Explained (2024)

A user watching one of my videos asked about Bello Hair Helper Spray from a company either named Trybello or Bello, wanting to know if a product purportedly with the ingredients caffeine, castor oil and Biotin Vitamin B7 was a scam or legit and if it received any feedback from Consumer Reports. In this video, I took a deep dive into the many sponsored posts hosted on websites like Facebook and Instagram, intended to promote Bello Hair Helper Spray reviews. Along the way, I documented how the company's Facebook page apparently changed names from Luxe Cosmetics to Bello Cosmetics, and then to Trybello. The Facebook page showed page managers in Poland, the U.S. and Argentina. Next, I noted numerous bad Bello Hair Helper Spray reviews on websites like Facebook and Trustpilot. Such reviews shed light on customer experiences. For example, one user on Facebook said of buying Bello Hair Helper Spray, "This was the worst purchase I ever made. Not only did the hair helper spray, which was to enhance growth, make my hair greasy and extremely heavy, requiring me to wash my hair every day! I tried this product for several weeks before notifying the company by email of my disappointment. I received a message telling me I needed to use the product for 120 days. After sending them (2) more emails requesting an address to return the products and a full refund, I finally received an address. I had to pay $12.75 to return the products to TryBello as they do not offer a prepaid label back to return. The products were received by TryBello, and on the fifth day, I received an email stating they were refunding $75.00 of the $99.95 I paid for the hair product. NOTHING was mentioned about the refund for the eyebrow serum. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. I hope sharing my experience will save someone from the same costly mistake." In other bad Bello Hair Helper Spray reviews on Trustpilot, multiple users said they believed the product was worth one star. One user said, "The product has made no difference and the customer service is terrible." A different person posted, "I tried it every night for months and got absolutely no results at all." Others said they experienced difficulties in receiving the product, receiving a refund or had other order-related issues. The page I landed on upon clicking on a Facebook ad called the product Hair Spray Helper by Bello and claimed it had 22,333 customers provide reviews for an average score of 4.8 out of 5. The page mentioned a "Dr. Grace Anderson" but I found no trace of this person online. Glamour, Marie Claire, Forbes, Gala, Closer and Cook's Illustrated were all mentioned on the page, too, despite the fact they never published positive Bello Hair Helper Spray reviews. The Facebook page or website also mentioned Biotin Vitamin B7, castor oil, caffeine, Harvard Health, "hair boosting," a serum, "hair thickening, "'hair restoring' pills," Bello Eyebrow Serum, Luxe Cosmetics, Bello Cosmetics and Bello Eyelash Mascara. The page also showed fake Facebook reviews that displayed AI-generated faces to represent the people who supposedly provided their thoughts. Additionally, a different page claimed the 4.8 out of 5 review rating involved "over 40,000 customers," not 22,333 people. The LLCs mentioned included Trybello LLC, D2C Brands LLC, AF Media LLC and possibly others. This video serves as a way of showing people how I investigate various products online. I hope that my video provided some help in everyone's future efforts to ensure they do their due diligence before making a purchase on the internet. As for hair products or anything that might come in a spray, serum, gummy or pill form, I always recommend speaking to a professional, especially a medical professional.
