One day trip from Almaty | Issyk Lake & Turgen Waterfall | Solo trip to Kazakhstan | VLOG 12

Well, finally its the last day of my solo trip to kazakhstan and I planned it ahead to make it an eventful day. Thanks to getting to know so many local people from whom I got the contact of this local tour operator named Banana tours. Trust me, it was way cheaper than the other available day trips on the internet. I booked this trip from their instagram page and it was worth a deal. The day started with early morning gathering at a common pick up point and then a 2-hour long scenic drive to the beautiful alpine lake Issyk. The turquoise color of the lake is simply going to blow anyone's mind. It was then followed by a short trek to the turgen waterfall a.k.a. bear waterfall. I was the only foreign tourist in the entire group and thus received special attention from the tour guide. Thank god, he spoke english and that made my day trip much smoother. I have tried my best to present my point of view of this wonderful day trip from Almaty followed by how I tried the public transport of Almaty to reach the airport. I think its worth a watch.
