Today's Recipe: Crunchy Papri Hellos 👋👋 Try this Easy way to make crispy crunchy Papri at the hygiene of your home. Eat it as a snack or enjoy it over your chaats, tastes super delicious both ways!! INGREDIENTS: Flour 1Cup Ajwain/ Carom seeds 1/2tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Oil 2tbsp water As required for kneading a hard stiff dough. Oil for frying Method: Follow the easy steps shown in video. TIPS: 1) The dough should be hard when kneading. 2) Don't use zeera/jeera/Cumin, it can crack the dough when frying. 3) Don't flat it too thin, that way it it'll be a bit hard when fry. 4) keep the flame medium low when frying, until desired color. 5) Make sure there are bubbles forming around the dough when put in oil other wise it'll soak the oil. 6) Let it cool completely and spread in a wide container, before storing in air tight container.
