How to Turn OFF/ON the Standby Mode on Lelit MaraX | BONUS: Ghost Milk Steaming

The Lelit MaraX espresso machine typically enters Standby mode after a period of inactivity to conserve energy (also called Economy Mode). To wake it up, press any button or activate a function on the machine. Standby mode is on by default when you buy this machine. So what's the use of Standby mode: 1) If you forgot to turn off the machine, it will switch to Standby mode after not using it for a while. This will save you electricity consumption. 2) After turning on the machine, the warm up time can take up to 24 minutes to stabilize the temperature. When on Stand-by mode, and if you're ready to brew then you just need to wait less than the full warm up time. Turn off Stand-by mode when: 1) If you're using the machine to brew on-demand like you're hosting a party, coffee cart or for tiny cafe etc. 2) Using smart plug to schedule to turn on  and turn off the machine. According to manual, the Standby mode will be activated after 30 minutes, but on my actual test it takes up to 40 minutes. When the machine is on, how to turn off the Standby mode 1) Turn the machine off 2) Grab the lever and turn on all the way up 3) Turn the machine on 4) Wait for the flashing light 5) Turn the lever down 6) Turn the machine off Next time you turn the machine on, Standby mode will no longer activated.
