Blood Apple Seedlings - Red Pigment in Leaves and Bark

Many apples with red flesh will also show red color in the leaves, bark, wood and flowers. I show a few of my seedlings that I've been watching for signs of red coloration. The question is whether I can predict somewhat whether or not, and how much, the fruit will show red flesh. Also, whether of not certain crosses between blood apples and white fleshed apples tend to produce apples with more or less red in the flesh. I think I'm seeing some patterns.
