The customer wanted me to make his Cynergy shaft about 1.5 inches smaller and he also wanted a longer ferrule. At first I questioned him on why he would want this done. It would give him less reach on the table and destroy the re-sell value. But in the end its his cue and if this will make him play better who am I to stop him from having his Ideal cue.
