The Active Volcano in Washington; Mount Baker

During the 1800s, the Mount Baker volcano may have erupted as much as a dozen times, including a confirmed eruption in 1880. While Mount Baker has not erupted since in the state of Washington, it did produce a failed magmatic intrusion in 1975. This video will discuss what is in my opinion the second most likely volcano in the Cascade Range to produce the lower 48's next volcanic eruption, and discuss the hazards such an eruption might pose.
