Earlier in August 2019, just a few weeks after British Airways, Virgin Atlantic received their first factory fresh Airbus A350-1000 from Airbus. The A350 will eventually replace their iconic Boeing 747-400s in 2021. The first aircraft will fly six times power week to New York JFK, from London Heathrow starting next month. Just a week after their first A350 was delivered, it flew up to Glasgow where it will be based for a week doing training. From 7am to 8pm the aircraft will probably be flying around. I ventured up to Glasgow on one of the first days of the training flights. The video includes, Landings, Takeoffs and go arounds.
