Blakeley provided insight into the company’s resilience strategy following the Montara incident in 2022, which led to an eight-month shutdown. Since then, Jadestone has diversified its portfolio, reducing Montara's contribution from 80% to 20% of overall production. He discussed key acquisitions in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Australia, and how these are enhancing the company’s production levels and lowering operating costs. During the presentation, Blakeley also highlighted the successful development of the gas project in Indonesia and the award of new production-sharing contracts in Malaysia under more favorable terms.
