I would like to once again point out that this video was not made to actively promote study sessions as long as the one that I did today. Most days, I do not do anywhere near as much studying as I did today. As I mentioned in the video, it's just that I had a lot of things which I needed to do to get ahead with revision and feel more on top of everything. Over the years, I have spent time practising my concentration techniques so that I am able to sit down and work effectively for such long periods of time (so for example, if I had tried this when I was in Year 10, I know that I would have been too exhausted to continue after a while). I also wanted to make a point of how much active, concentrated revision I actually did during these fourteen hours so I used a timer to take a look. I would stop it whenever I found I needed to look for something, have a quick conversation or put something away. I was quite surprised by what I found :) Thank you again for watching!
