Cut 375 g of butter into cubes. Add the butter and sugar to a bowl and whisk with the hand mixer until the butter mixture becomes light and fluffy. This takes about 5 minutes. Then add the eggs one at a time. Mix in the vanilla sugar, baking powder, and flour. Alternately add the flour mixture and milk while mixing with the hand mixer. 2. Puree the raspberries in a bowl. Divide the batter into three parts. Stir cocoa powder into the first part, the raspberry puree and food coloring into the second part, and leave the third part plain. 3. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan 160°C). Grease the Bundt cake mold with 25 g butter. Layer the three batters alternately into the mold, ensuring you have two layers of each batter. 4. Bake the cake for 60 minutes. Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool for a bit before flipping it onto a plate. 5. For the glaze, whisk the powdered sugar with 1-2 tbsp of water until smooth.
