Technical Todoroki received some slight buffs and nerfs in the Season 7 My Hero Ultra Rumble patch. His alpha now fires slightly quicker but the ice that comes out disappears quicker as well. And the hitboxes of his beta were adjusted so now you need to be a bit more accurate while using it. Despite these changes he is still another hard hitting quirk set and probably the one I have the most fun playing even if the others are objectively better.
