I’ll walk you through how I use pre-printed name tag labels, seat numbers, and a seating chart to streamline the grading process. I’ll also explain how I use a color-coded Google Sheets grade book and how I communicate with parents about low grades mid-quarter to avoid any surprises. I’ll show you my quick grading method that organizes student artwork by seat number instead of alphabetical order, and how I grade students while they’re working using a dry erase pouch and expo marker for live feedback.
