Love, Light, Sheep and Candles

“Blowing out someone else’s candle doesn’t make yours shine any brighter.” Those were wise words from my “engineer” minded husband and it stopped me in my “mystical-minded” tracks with the power of its truth! We were discussing a situation involving two people - one seemed intent to blow out the other person’s flame. Perhaps, thinking that by doing so his flame would shine brighter. But that’s not how it works. For we are all lights. But some light is hidden under trauma, skewed beliefs, heartache, physical pain, grief, ego, religious teachings, wordly teachings, oppression, ostrasization, self-righteousness, self-hatred, jusgemet, closed hearts and minds, and many others conscoous snd unconscious “baskets” that hide the Light within that is seeming seeking to shine. May we, as human beings, continually “fan into flame” that spark of God’s Love present within each one of us. The more candles of Light and Love we have burning brightly upon this earth the better! ❤️ I pray, for those who have felt the cold breath of others, trying to snuff out the flickering embers of God’s love within their heart. I pray they will find those who breathe life and healing upon that heart-spark in a way that brings it into a blazing flame.  Oh….and at the end of this video I am trying to recall a quote and inadverenty say “Theresa of Norwich” when I should have said Julian of Norwich. 😊 Remive the barriers to ylur lifht, an let it shine!!
